Start fresh or from a quotation
Press Create proposal and pick customer, contact, owner, validity and template. Or create one from a quotation to carry over its lines.
For larger projects a single-table quotation is not enough. A proposal puts the introduction, multi-option pricing, team, timeline and terms in one document with your company's logo, color and cover.
Every project gets a hand-built Word file and PDF, with price tables pasted from Excel. Once sent, you do not know whether the customer read it, which page, or who inside approved the content.
Create a proposal from scratch or from a quotation. hOne builds the Introduction, Pricing and Terms sections; you add sections, team and milestones. The brand kit applies to every proposal and the PDF layout is editable. The customer reads and responds on a public link.

Each proposal has Introduction, Pricing, Terms, Team and Timeline with milestones; insert sections from a template library. Each price table is an alternative option the customer picks one of.
Set logo, primary color, fonts, default cover and footer once for every proposal. Each proposal can also adjust its cover title and A4 portrait or landscape.
The PDF layout page lets you drag text, table and image blocks on each page, and add or remove pages. The proposal's Download PDF uses that layout.
Request approval sends the proposal to approvers step by step. Approvers decide inside the proposal and the history records who approved.
Send by email template or copy the public link. The link has an expiry date that you can extend.

See view count and last viewed. Customers who have not replied get reminder emails after 3, 7 and 14 days and when 3 days remain, sent only between 08:00 and 18:00; they can opt out.
