Bell and inbox
The bell in the top bar updates in real time. The Notifications page has All and Unread tabs, search, filters by group and mark all as read. Click a notification to open the right screen.
Everything that happens in hOne, such as being assigned a task, being mentioned, an order changing status or a leave request waiting for approval, lands in one notification inbox. Each person chooses which types to receive and through which channel.
Reminders spread across several chat groups get missed, while messages sent outside working hours are simply irritating.
hOne creates a notification for each event and delivers it through the channels you enabled: real time in the browser, browser push, email, and mobile app push for some types. You switch off what you do not need and set quiet hours.

Each notification is Low, Normal, High or Urgent, shown as a coloured tag you can filter on so urgent items come first.
In Settings, the Notifications tab gives every type a switch and channel boxes: Realtime, Push, Email. Mandatory types carry a lock icon and cannot be turned off.
Turn on Push to receive notifications even after you close the hOne tab. Settings has a test button so you know the browser received it.
Send notifications to your account email, or set a different address just for you. Email goes through your company SMTP; if none is configured it goes through the hOne server.
Every channel except realtime has an overnight do-not-disturb window, for example evening to next morning. During it notifications are still saved in the inbox but not pushed through that channel.
Proactive reminders (overdue tasks, unassigned items, waiting customers) are only sent on working days and hours. Admins set the company default and each person can set their own window.
Users with permission pick everyone, specific teams or specific users and enter a title, message, priority and link; after sending they see how many were delivered or failed.
A task is assigned, an order changes status, a leave request waits for approval, someone mentions you. hOne creates a notification for the right people.
According to each person settings: whether that type is on, which channels it may use, and whether it is inside quiet hours. Suspended or resigned accounts get nothing.
Click a notification to jump to the related screen, and mark items as read one by one or all at once.
Turn off noisy types, drop channels you do not need, set quiet hours or your own working window for reminders.

Three channels: realtime in the browser, browser push and email, plus mobile app push for some types such as attendance and leave. Messaging customers over Zalo is part of Omnichannel chat.
Some types are flagged Mandatory (lock icon) and are always delivered. For other types you can turn off the type or drop individual channels; hOne always keeps at least the realtime channel.
Every channel except realtime, set per channel with an overnight window, for example evening to next morning. Notifications are still saved in the inbox so you can read them later; they are just not pushed through a channel during quiet hours.
