A to-do page for the warehouse
The home page shows 4 cards: To receive, To issue, Low stock and Draft documents. Click a card to open a pre-filtered list.
hOne keeps the stock ledger inside your sales system: a confirmed order reserves stock, a posted issue deducts it, and every barcode scan shows what is left. An admin turns the module on with "Start inventory management".
The storekeeper types into a spreadsheet, sales cannot see what is left, and at month end the two sets of numbers disagree.
On hand, reserved and available are calculated from the ledger per warehouse. Every change goes through a stock document, so there is a trail to check, and control rules stop mistakes at the moment of posting.

The Stock screen shows On hand, Reserved and Available per warehouse. Filter by warehouse or low stock and export to Excel. Cost shows only for users allowed to see it.
Create receipts, other issues and opening balances: save as draft, post, reverse and print the 01-VT / 02-VT forms. Receive against a purchase order or issue against a sales order.
Reserve stock automatically when an order reaches the statuses you pick. When stock is short, block confirmation, reserve what exists and fill it when goods arrive, or allow over-reservation. Reservations can expire after set days.
Set each rule to Off, Warn or Block: negative issues, issuing more than the order quantity, duplicate issues, back-dated documents, posting into a locked period. Negative stock is blocked by default.
The Scan screen reads product barcodes, serials, document and order numbers and GS1 codes with lot and expiry, then offers actions: receive, issue, stock card, print label. Use a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or the camera.
Print price, barcode, serial/IMEI and lot labels in custom mm sizes. To design your own, use a "Barcode label" template in Templates. Labels never show cost.
Add main, branch, retail shop, transit, consignment and virtual warehouses. Mark whether each one can be sold from and set a default warehouse for new documents.
An admin opens Inventory and runs "Start inventory management". Opening stock comes from the quantities already on products (default), from the older per-warehouse stock table, or starts empty; hOne posts one opening document per warehouse.
In Inventory settings add warehouses, pick the default one, choose which order statuses reserve stock, which rules only warn and which block, and the numbering pattern for documents.
Warehouse staff create documents or scan codes. A confirmed order reserves stock; confirming the order stock-out document, or posting another issue, deducts it.
Open the stock card of any product, filter low stock, export stock to Excel, reverse a document when a receipt was wrong, and return to the to-do page each morning.
Cửa hàng Demo sells office equipment with a main warehouse and one shop. Lan runs the warehouse, Minh handles sales.
An admin clicks "Start inventory management" when your company is ready; after that every user sees the Inventory menu. You can switch it off again: the ledger is kept, but orders and issues stop deducting stock.
hOne uses instant weighted average cost. The cost scope can be per company, per warehouse or system-wide.
It depends on the "Negative / empty-shelf issue" rule: set it to Off, Warn or Block; the default is Block. The rule is shared with the "Allow negative stock" option in product settings.
At scanning and labelling level: the Scan screen reads serials and GS1 codes with lot and expiry, shows a serial status, customer and warranty end, and you can print serial and lot labels. Stock is tracked per warehouse.
No. Services, digital goods, subscriptions and licences never deduct stock. Free-text lines (not linked to a product) are not treated as stock items by default; you can turn that on if you want them controlled.
Only users with the permission to view cost see average cost, stock value and document value. For everyone else those columns are hidden, and printed labels never carry cost.
