Delivery
Goods reach the customer, with photo and signature as proof
From stock-out document to the customer: staff scan to pack, drivers confirm delivery on their phone, and the stock-out and the order update themselves. An admin turns the module on in Shipping settings.
The problem
Goods leave wrong, and delivery leaves no proof
Packing relies on memory and delivery is reported over chat. When a customer says an item was missing or never arrived, nobody can prove otherwise.
- Items are missed or mixed up because nobody checks each one against the stock-out document.
- Drivers report "delivered" in a message with no photo, signature or location.
- Cash on delivery (COD) and tracking numbers sit in several places, so accounting asks about each order.
How hOne solves it
Every delivery is a shipment with a full trail
Scan a stock-out number, order number or shipment code to open the shipment. Scan each item to check it, record video, weigh and measure, then choose your own driver, a carrier or customer pickup. Delivery status flows back to the stock-out and the order.

Scan a stock-out number, order number or shipment code to open the shipment, then scan each item. A wrong item beeps and turns red. Use a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or the camera.
Packing video and photos
Video starts when you open a shipment; take parcel photos and enter weight and package count. Each item is Off, Optional or Required; videos are kept 180 days by default.
Four ways to deliver
Your own driver, a carrier through API, a carrier with manually entered tracking (with a tracking link) or customer pickup. COD is pre-filled from the unpaid balance of a COD order.
GHN connection
Enter your GHN Token and ShopId, test the connection, get a fee quote, create and cancel waybills, print labels and receive status updates by webhook. You can try it on GHN sandbox first.
Driver screen
"My deliveries" shows only shipments assigned to you: call the customer, open the map, Start delivery, Delivered with photo, signature and COD collected, or Failed with a preset reason.
Assign to drivers
Select several shipments and click "Assign to driver" with a delivery date. The driver gets an in-app notification when assigned.
Sync back to the order
Starting delivery sets the stock-out to "In delivery"; delivered sets it to "Delivered" and closes the Delivery step of the sales workflow; the tracking number is written to the order.
How it works
Turn on and configure
An admin opens Shipping, Shipping settings: enable the module, pick the delivery department, default method, packing check level, video or photo requirements and what the driver must capture.
Pack
Scan the stock-out number at the packing station, scan each item, enter weight and click "Packing done". For API carriers click "Create waybill" and print the carrier label; for your own driver print the internal label.
Deliver
Assign the shipment to a driver or hand it to the carrier. The driver opens "My deliveries", taps Start delivery, and on arrival chooses Delivered with photo, signature and COD, or Failed with a reason.
Follow up
Read the timeline in the shipment detail, refresh status from the carrier or set it by hand, and filter delivered COD shipments with the COD not reconciled card.
A real workflow

Cửa hàng Demo has one order going by GHN and two local orders for driver Tuấn. Lan packs, Minh dispatches.
- LanScans the stock-out number for the Công ty ABC order. hOne opens the shipment and starts the video; she scans each item, and a wrong scan beeps and turns red.
- LanEnters the weight and clicks "Packing done". This one goes by GHN, so she clicks "Create waybill" and "Print carrier label".
- MinhSelects the two local orders on the Shipping page, clicks "Assign to driver", picks Tuấn and today as the delivery date.
- TuấnOpens "My deliveries" on his phone, taps Start delivery, calls the customer and opens the map. After handing over, he takes a photo, gets a signature and enters the COD collected.
- TuấnOne customer does not answer: he picks "Could not reach the recipient" and reschedules for tomorrow. The shipment sits in Failed / problem until it is delivered.

Frequently asked questions
Which carriers can I connect?
hOne connects directly to Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN) by API: fee quotes, waybills, labels and status updates. For any other carrier, use manual mode: enter the tracking number, define a tracking link and update the status. Need another carrier connected? Get in touch and we will advise.
Do drivers need a separate app?
Nothing to install. Drivers open "My deliveries" in the phone browser, designed for one-handed use. Their account needs the delivery permission.
How does hOne help with COD?
Drivers enter the cash collected at delivery, and the "COD not reconciled" card lists delivered COD shipments so accounting can check them against the carrier or the cashier.
Is packing video mandatory, and how long is it kept?
By default video and photos are Optional, recording starts automatically, up to 180 seconds, kept for 180 days. You can switch to Required, change length and quality, or keep them forever (0 days).
Can I try GHN before using it for real?
Yes. Connect a GHN sandbox account to create test waybills freely. Real waybills are created only when an admin allows it.
Can I create a shipment without an order?
Yes. "Create shipment" takes recipient, address, COD and a list of items, one per line, without any order or stock-out document.
