3-step statement import
Choose the receiving account, upload an Excel, CSV or PDF file, preview the first 50 transactions with income/expense totals, then Confirm import. The result shows new, duplicate and error counts.
Bank reconciliation in hOne has two ways to get money into the ledger: importing statement files and receiving bank SMS through hSMS. Incoming money with an order number in the text is matched to the order, a receipt voucher is created and the owner is notified.
Accounting logs into each bank, spots the payment, then messages sales to confirm which customer paid. At month end the statement is checked against receipts by hand.
A phone running hSMS Sync reads balance-change SMS and posts them to hOne through a webhook. hOne creates the transaction and applies your categorisation and automation rules. For month-end statements you upload the file, preview it, then import.
Choose the receiving account, upload an Excel, CSV or PDF file, preview the first 50 transactions with income/expense totals, then Confirm import. The result shows new, duplicate and error counts.
HDBank, Vietcombank, OCB and BVBank are detected automatically. Other banks use the generic Vietnam format (CSV with standard columns).
In Finance settings, the Webhook tab shows the Webhook URL, a Webhook Secret and an On/Off switch. Paste the URL into hSMS Sync, then press Send Test.
Each rule has a content condition, direction, priority and action: Find and confirm a payment voucher, Find and link an order, or Notify only. A test button runs sample text.
For incoming money with an order number in the text, hOne finds the order, creates and confirms a receipt voucher and attaches it. If collections exceed the order total, the owner is notified.
Every incoming message has a log row: Success, Duplicate, Skipped or Error, with the SMS text. A skipped message can be turned into a transaction from the log.
Pending transactions get Confirm, then Reconcile with a note. Unreconcile returns the transaction to Confirmed.
Add company accounts in Finance settings; hSMS and statements both match to an account by account number.
Paste the Webhook URL and secret into hSMS Sync, or go to Transactions, Import statement tab and upload a file.
Write rules for your transfer-note patterns, for example text containing PT- finds and confirms the voucher; run a test with sample text.
Review Pending transactions, confirm and reconcile in bulk; check the webhook log when an SMS did not reach the ledger.
The company phone runs hSMS Sync, the webhook is on, and a rule to recognise order numbers is set.
No bank API is needed. The hSMS Sync app on a phone receives the bank balance-change SMS, parses it and calls a webhook to hOne. You need to subscribe to SMS balance alerts with your bank.
Yes. Enter a secret matching the one in hSMS Sync so the webhook is verified; hOne then runs automation rules such as confirming vouchers and linking orders.
hOne detects HDBank, Vietcombank, OCB and BVBank today. For any other bank use the generic Vietnam format, an Excel or CSV file with standard columns, and check it at the preview step.
Import skips transactions with the same code. hSMS checks by message id and cross-checks SePay (same amount and account within 5 minutes). For anything else use Find duplicate transactions in the ledger.
No. hOne records incoming money and creates and confirms receipt vouchers per your rules, while your accountant closes the Reconcile step, per transaction or in bulk.
Yes. If your company already uses SePay, hOne has a SePay settings page (API key, webhook, sync by account). hSMS and statement import are the two main paths.
